Note:

1.We are not VAT registered, so we don't charge you VAT.   We will automatically charge less if a job  takes less time than estimated.  

2.  We  offer free quotes by phone for small jobs and visits for large jobs. All the large jobs will be priced per job not by hourly or daily rates.  We give fixed prices  for larger jobs such as: bathroom, kitchen installations or refurbishment projects .

3.All Electrical and Metal related works are priced differently please contact us for free quote.

4.The above charges are for labour (one handyman) only,   If in some cases there are two handymen booked for a day then  the daily charge (labour only)will be 2 x the daily rates.

5. We charge a small handling fee for all materials purchased.
